A lawyer with a finance background, Pim specialises in equity and debt capital markets, spanning the entire spectrum from equity via equity-linked and hybrid/regulatory capital to debt, including liability management. He also advises on financial regulation. Transactions include advising the Dutch State on its debut and second US dollar bond, ING on its capital market funding and various liability management transactions, RBS on the establishment of a debt programme for Akzo Nobel, and the underwriters on hybrid issues by KPN.
